My Days at Elite - My first job after leaving school was with Elite.  It was at Elite where I developed and matured; and regardless of my successes or setbacks, or whether I felt pleased or discouraged, ultimately I always pushed myself to do better.  My progression has been from being a kid with no real experience to being a mother, and from a junior engineer to deputy general manager of the company.  Elite gave me an opportunity, and also gave me an environment to
grow in, and I have absolutely no regrets in having given Elite my best years.

For over the decade or so that I have worked at Elite, I have experienced the company's ups and downs; and even during the 1998 financial crisis, Elite did not lay-off its employees, however, encouraged them to band together and work hard to get through those hard times.  The President's words: "marketing, products, and quality are the keys to success" became Elite's spirit and it was this spirit that helped Elite Precision Machinery Ltd (EPM) bounce - back once more in the market.  I am extremely happy to have contributed to part of this hard work, and I hope that Elite's spirit will continue to endeavor in the future, whatever the circumstances.

Working for Elite's management team has always provided me with a foundation for learning as well as presenting me with many challenges.  Due to the vast cultural differences between China and Hong Kong , I have often had to play the part of a cultural mediator.  I have to give thanks to this mediation for enabling me to mature, as well as gain strengthened adaptability and critical thinking skills.  In order to adapt to both cultures, I have become as flexible as a fish that is able
to swim in deep and shallow waters.

People often say that determination is a very important trait, and that success will always come to those who persist.  Only those that do not give up will see the benefits of success.  Mr. Liu's success is a testament to this belief, and the road that EBM has followed demonstrates the truth of this principle.

The greatest experience that I have gained from working at Elite is realizing how large an impact product quality can have on the success or failure of a company, and I have come to gain a deeper understanding of the saying that "quality is a company's lifeline".
