Mr. Liu Yong Ling, Chairman

Mr. Liu Yong Ling is the Chairman of the Elite Group and is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the Group. Mr. Liu acquired substantial senior management experience at major industrial companies prior to the founding of the Elite Group. Mr. Liu is the Honorary Consultant and Visiting Professor of several PRC universities including Tianjin University , Shanghai Jiao Tong University , Southeast University , Zhe Jiang University, University of Science and Technology of China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University and Northwestern Polytechnical University. In 1985, Mr. Liu established scholarships and student aid funds in 18 universities and institutes of technology in China. In the same year, he established the Elite Young People Invention Award in Shanghai, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan and Hubei, to instill young people's passion for innovation and exploration, and to promote quality education in general.

Ms. Joyce Liu Kie Hung, Executive Director

Ms. Joyce Liu Kie Hung is an Executive Director of the Elite Group, and is responsible for business development and product development activities, as well as overall management of the Group. She joined Elite Industrial Holdings Limited in 1993 as an Assistant to the Chairman. In 1995, she was promoted to the position of Executive Director before being appointed as Managing Director of Giant Electronics Limited in 1997. Prior to joining the Elite Group, she was an Assistant Manager with the Equity Capital Division of a merchant bank, DKB Asia Limited from 1991 to 1993, where she was involved in advisory work related to listing of companies as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions. She graduated from the Renesselaer Polytechnic Institute of the US in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information System.

Mr. Jimmy Liu Tsee Ming, Executive Director

Mr. Jimmy Liu Tsee Ming is an Executive Director of the Elite Group. He is responsible for identifying potential new products and projects for the Group, as well as the planning and implementation of the development of such new products and projects. Prior to his present appointment, he worked in the corporate finance department of an international accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong, from 1999 to 2000, as a Marketing manager for Wisetronics Ltd. He graduated from the Renesselaer Polytechnic Institute of the US in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Max Loong Sai Ying, Director and Marketing Director

Mr. Max Loong Sai Ying is the Director and Marketing Director of the Elite Group, and the Managing Director and General Manager of Giant Wireless Technology Ltd.  He is responsible for sales and marketing strategies for the Group.  Prior to joining Elite in 1998, Mr. Loong worked in the electronics industry for over 20 years, including serving as the Director and President of Marketing for a listed company in Hong Kong engaged in the manufacturing of telecommunication, office equipment and consumer electronics products.  Mr. Loong holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
